#LMMLinkup: Sick Day

April 22, 2019 By Mary Hill 17 Comments

My family and I returned from a cruise Saturday after dealing with flight cancellations and now sickness.

I hope you will bear with me this week. I will update “Most Clicked” and “Favorite Post” in next week’s post.

In the meantime, prayers for speedy recovery appreciated for all my family members. We all have the same illness and are in bed with flu-like symptoms.

Thanks for your understanding.

On to our weekly linkup. First, please follow me on your social media. I love to hear from you: Blog/Facebook/Twitter/Pinterest/ Instagram/Google+.

Next, lets review last week’s linkup.

TRUE AUTHORITY

Leslie writes poignantly from the point of view of Pilate, telling his story as he decides what to do with Jesus as part of a current series Looking at the Cross at Gracefully Truthful from the perspectives of different characters. She shows the struggle of Pilate as he decides how to approach the case of the man, Jesus of Nazareth. This series is a breath of love drifting through your heart as it brings you up close to the Passion of Christ. It is a not miss study this Easter Season.

“As I stood there, precariously perched atop of the pole, the diameter of which wasn’t much wider than my feet, I panicked! …. but in my fear, I couldn’t move…  How often do we experience similar situations in our walk with Christ? … Fear. Fear of rejection, fear of failure and fear of things not working the way we want. But … ”

Sorry to hear you and your family aren’t feeling well. I had that flu-like bug last week with extreme fatigue being the worst symptom. It seemed to only last a week. Praying that you all have a speedy recovery.
